Above the Buffet

Each month I try to publish a new block pattern for this quilt.

This will be a surprise to me, since I haven't made the quilt yet. But I know it will work. And please bear with me. There might be a few changes along the way. I plan on hanging this over my buffet in my dining room. I hope you have a special place to hang your finished quilt.

Fabric from your scraps or your stash will work great. I would plan on having about 2 yards for the background, about 1 yard for the borders. As I get closer to completion, I will let you know what I used for the white shelf and "lace".
